日本NCM株式会社成立于2000年5月。是一家专业从事建筑工程机械进、出口业务的公司。长期以来公司致力于拓展中国市场，先后向中国出口各种建筑工程机械数以千计，在中国各地形成了庞大的客户网络体系。为寻求更大发展，公司于2009年10月与上海外高桥汽车交易市场有限公司（国营）共同出资（按40%与60%）合作，在上海市人民政府、浦东新区、浦东新区人民政府关心支持下成立了上海外高桥工程机械进出口交易中心，该中心是一综合、专业、规范运作的工程机械进出口交易平台。

公司旨在借助上海综合保税区的政策配套优势并发挥多年积累下来的对国内外市场需求充分了解的专业优势，将中心打造成一个中国目前唯一的集保税展示、交易和贸易服务于一体的建筑工程机械进出口交易平台。

公司的经营宗旨：

Japan NCM Co., Ltd, which is specialized in importing & exporting construction machinery, established in May, 2000. Since its foundation, we have devoted ourselves to the development of China market，what’s more, we have exported great amount of varieties kinds of construction machinery to China and established lots of regular clients in every area of China. In order to better development, our company is cooperated with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Automobile Exchange Market Co., Ltd（state owned） in October，2009，with the support of Shanghai People’s government , Pudong New Area and Pudong New Area People’s government, to jointly invest in the construction of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Construction Machinery Import & Export Exchange Center（we share 40%, partner 60%）. The center is a comprehensive, professional, standardized operation of construction machinery in importing and exporting trading platform.

Our aims are: based on advantage of shanghai free trade zone’s policy support and our rich and professional experience of well understanding of domestic and abroad demand，we will develop Shanghai Waigaoqiao Construction Machinery Import & Export Exchange Center into the first one construction machinery import &export exchange platform, which will collect bonded show, operation and trading service.
